Mobile Birthday Party:

+$50 additional fee if location is within

8 miles of CAATINGA!

1.5 hour event:

15 minutes for set up, 1 hour for craft project(s) + 15 minutes for clean up.

We supply all materials needed for the project and tablecloths.

At CAATINGA!:

Basic Birthday Party:

$350

 Craft(s) will be catered to your child's age and interest. 

(1-2 projects depending on time)

2 hour event:

1 hour for craft project(s) + 1 hour for children to play, eat, open presents.

We supply all art supplies needed for the project, and will do the clean-up!

cake, food, utensils, napkins, decorations

Premium Birthday Party:

$495

1 hour for craft project(s) + 1 hour for children to play, eat, open presents.

We provide all art supplies, paper products (cups, plates, napkins), cupcakes and lemonade for children,

6 helium balloons, themed centerpiece and table runner.

Ultra Birthday Party:

$895

1-10 children

+$25 for each additional child

(maximum 15 children)

(2-3 projects depending on time)

2.5 hour event at CAATINGA!:

1.5 hour for craft project(s) + 1 hour for children to play, eat, open presents.

We provide all art supplies, themed paper products (plates, cups, napkins), cupcakes and lemonade for children, 6"cake, homemade play dough party favors, 6 helium balloons + mylar number balloon, themed table setting,

coffee and water for adults, fruit platter, 3 large pizzas (cheese or pepperoni).

Party FAQ's

How do I book my party?


Once you have decided on a party package, please send us an email at: creativeplayfun@gmail.com, to schedule your party. Please include the age of your child and their interests as well as the number of children that will be attending. Please also include the day you are hoping to have the party. *Please note we run an after school program during the week, and can only host parties on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Once we have confirmed a date and time for your party, please complete the non-refundable deposit. Your time and date are not reserved until the deposit is made. We charge a $200 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to reserve your party day and time. Your time is not confirmed until the $200 non-refundable deposit has been made. The deposit will go towards the cost of your party. Your remaining balance is due before the day of your party. We are sorry, but we will not host your party if your balance has not been paid by the start of the party. In the event that you need to change the date and time of your party, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to move your party to another date. No refunds will be given on deposits or party packages if cancelled or missed. All parents and guardians of children attending a birthday party at CAATINGA!, are required to fill out the Photo and Liability Release form. The link to the form can be found at the top of our web page. This way we ensure that we have enough materials for everyone attending. Please let us know as soon as you find out if you have any additional children attending. We will do our best to accomodate.




Where will my party be if it is at CAATINGA!?


CAATINGA! is located at: 830 W College Ave Decatur, GA 30030. Our entrance is at the corner of W College and Feld Ave. We have a wooden picket fence and blue doors. We love having parties in our world! CAATINGA! has options for you to have your party either outside or indoors. Our outdoor area includes: picnic tables, sunshades, an outdoor sink, play space and plenty of space for your child to use their imagination! Our indoor art room is the perfect place for kids to relax, sit back and get creative! We have large windows that will provide plenty of natural light to work on our masterpieces. Our space is best suited for 15 children or less. All CAATINGA! staff have been vaccinated, but will still wear our masks when working with the children both outdoors and indoors. We ask that you and your children will do the same.




If my party is at CAATINGA!, is drop off allowed?


Yes, drop off is welcomed for ages 5 and up.




We are doing the mobile party! What do we need to do?


We are so happy to be able to come to you! The same $200 non-refundable deposit applies to our mobile parties. We will bring all of the supplies needed to create an art project based on your child's interest! Please let us know how many tables there will be so that we can be sure to bring enough table cloths. (We can bring tables and chairs to your party for an additonal charge. Please let us know if they will be needed in advance.)
